  A well rounded approach for skills to use through a lifetime with horses!


  Our working student program is available for ages 15 and up.  We are looking for dedicated students interested in learning the daily management of running a a horse business, training various levels and ages of horses from the ground up.  We are looking for goal orientated individuals with self awareness and motivation to learn.  Students must have good communication skills and be responsible.  The student is assigned a project horse and expected to show up twice a week at a minimum for daily chores.   Lessons are weekly plus multimedia resources.  Riding is cognitive and studying the horse's biomechanics and psychology is required for advancement.  Students are allowed practice time and autonomy with their project horse as they develop in their skill level and show dedication to the farm and weekly duties.  The student has access to all farm facilities and we offer the support needed for your personal achievement as a rider and trainer.   Although we are not a show barn, if the student would like to enter competition we are supportive of this also.
